Which currency will I be billed in?
Your subscription is invoiced in your school's currency at the exchange rate on the day the invoice is issued — for example Naira, Cedi, Shilling, Rand, or CFA franc. A few currencies (Leone, Liberian Dollar, Dalasi, Guinean Franc) are shown for reference and invoiced in US dollars.
Why does the price in my currency change?
Plans are priced in US dollars and converted with daily exchange rates, so the local amount moves with the exchange rate. The amount on an issued invoice does not change.
How do I pay?
Pay your invoice online through Flutterwave or Paystack in African currencies, or Paddle for euros and pounds.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings as your school grows; your data and configuration carry over.
What counts toward the student and staff limits?
Shared plans are sized by the number of students and staff in your school. If you outgrow a plan, move up to the next one or to a dedicated-database plan, which has no size limit.
Do all plans include the portals?
Yes. Every plan includes the student, guardian, and staff portals.
